SA Kochan is a regular speaker at NIMNGroup's child sex trafficking awareness trainings. Both Foos-Pierce and Kochan are unparralled in the Texas fight against the trafficking of our children. AUSA Foos-Pierce has prosecuted and indicted 61 human trafficking defendants - two recieved life sentences and ten recieved 25 years or more. SA Kochan has been the lead investigator in 29 federal sex trafficking invesigations and assisted on more than 50 others. SA Kochan currently has 49 federal convictions and several pending trial. Most importantly he is responsible for recovering countless (easily over 100) sex trafficking victims. |
